🎧 Zoom Therapy Sessions

General Best Self Therapy Contract

• I have requested Online Therapy via Zoom as part of my therapy journey.

• I understand the online therapy sessions will be conducted by video via zoom online platform which is secured by end-to-end encryption. (Please download zoom.us to your device and make sure all updates are done previous to our meeting.)

• I agree to making payment via BACS before the start of my session.

• I understand an invite to the meeting will be emailed (or text) prior to the agreed session time and I will be ready to connect at that agreed time.

• The sessions will not to be recorded by me, or by the therapist, either in video or audio format, and it is not permissible to publicise the content of our exchanges or share them with a third party.

• I agree that I am responsible for making sure that my surroundings are safe and private, and that I will not be overheard, and will not be unnecessary disturbed or the whole 50 minute session.

• I understand that if the wifi goes down or there are any technical difficulties, the therapist will contact me to continue the session by phone. If the difficulties carry on then the session will be rescheduled.

• I understand that inappropriate dressing or behaviours on my part will result in the termination of the session immediately. The therapist will reserve the right to charge the full session fee should this happen.

I have read and fully understand and agree to the above terms of this agreement, and consent to online therapy via zoom under the conditions as outlined above.
