Serenity Session

Mindfulness is something that we already have inside of us, but sometimes we are not tuned in to it.

It is the ability to be fully aware of where we are and what we are doing. It's the ability to be fully present in the moment and to be grounded.

Through a mix of mindfulness, meditation and breath work you can start to tune into yourself and learn to find and use that 'space' in our daily lives.

Serenity Session :

This is an online zoom 60 minute session - a private mindfulness & meditation practise consisting of:-

  • a simple grounding method to start

  • a quick body scan to see where anything might be out of line or where you could be holding onto some energy which may need to discipate.

  • Moving into either a mindfulness session, learning to focus and concentrate.

  • or a mediation practice - either a Yoga Nidra or a deep relaxation.

  • Finishing with a gentle awakening, making sure that you are fully awake and aware, and ready to get on with the rest of your day.
