What's on offer here at Best Self Therapy : Wirral ...
Nature of the Therapy Offered
I offer integrative psychotherapeutic counselling and hypnotherapy, either as standalone approaches or combined where appropriate.
Integrative therapy means drawing from different therapeutic models to suit your individual needs. Therapy is collaborative and exploratory - I do not give advice or tell you what to do, but work alongside you to deepen understanding and support change.
Hypnotherapy involves guided relaxation and focused attention and is used only with your consent. It is not a substitute for medical or psychiatric treatment.
Therapy is not a crisis or emergency service.
⸻

My BACP membership number is 403711 (MBACP)

I engage in regular clinical supervision and ongoing professional development.
