​

• I will inform my therapist if I am under medical/psychiatric care.

• I will inform my therapist if I am on any medications.

• I will make my therapist aware if I have any of the following concerns: 

Anxiety | Depression | Trauma/PTSD | Self-harm history | Suicidal thoughts ​

• Online therapy is not for immediate crisis situations. Please call 999

Online Therapy Agreement

​

1. Session length: 50 minutes 

2. Fee: £60 for individuals | £80 for couples

3. Cancellations or reschedules require 24 hours notice.

I agree to making payment via BACS before the start of my session.

• Client chooses a private, quiet space

• If connection drops, we will attempt to reconnect or continue by phone.​​

• The online therapy sessions will be conducted by video via zoom online platform which is secured by end-to-end encryption. (Please download zoom.us to your device and make sure all updates are done previous to our meeting.)

• An invite to the meeting will be emailed (or text) prior to the agreed session time and client should be ready to connect at that agreed time.

• The sessions will not to be recorded by the client, or by the therapist, either in video or audio format, and it is not permissible to publicise the content of our exchanges or share them with a third party.

• Client is responsible for making sure that their surroundings are safe and private, and that they will not be overheard, and will not be unnecessary disturbed for the whole 50 minute session.

• If the wifi goes down or there are any technical difficulties, the therapist will contact the client to continue the session by phone. If the difficulties carry on then the session will be rescheduled.

• Inappropriate dressing or behaviours on the client's part will result in the termination of the session immediately. The therapist will reserve the right to charge the full session fee should this happen.

• Confidentiality applies except where disclosure is legally required.

I understand the limits of online therapy, and agree to participate voluntarily.

I have read and fully understand and agree to the above terms of this agreement, and consent to online therapy via zoom under the conditions as outlined above.
