At Best Self Therapy, I am dedicated to supporting my clients on their journey towards self-discovery and healing.

My integrative approach to counselling and hypnotherapy allows me to work with my clients in a more holistic and personalised way.

I believe that the journey towards healing begins with understanding your true self and I am here to help you every step of the way.

My counselling is mainly Person-Centred therapy but being Integrative I also have a great toolbox of other useful approaches too.

I believe in a mind, body, soul approach to self care so I am a great believer in meditation, mindfulness and breath-work to help keep the focus on the now. 

The Online Zoom Sessions make therapy accessible and convenient.

Individual Therapy

I believe that the key to a fulfilling and balanced life begins with mental and emotional well-being.

My aim here is to provide a safe online space where my clients can explore their inner selves, their emotions, and their thoughts, gaining a better understanding of themselves and their situation.

Drug & Alcohol Counselling

Alcohol or Drug Addiction is usually a coping mechanism put in place as a means of escape ... its crossed that line from the social to the destructive.

For this approach to work the client must fully acknowledge having developed a destructive alcohol or drug habit and having stopped - want help to stay on their journey to wellness.

Hypnotherapy 

Hypnotherapy - hypnosis is an altered state of consciousness, where the busy conscious mind is bypassed and the subconscious is reached, making it more receptive to suggestion.

Meditation & Mindfulness

Mindfulness is something that we already have inside of us, but sometimes we are not tuned in to it.

It is the ability to be fully aware of where we are and what we are doing. It's the ability to be fully present in the moment and to be grounded.
