✨ My name is Delyth Cole and I'm a qualified therapist​ based on the Wirral Peninsula.​

I believe in a non-judgemental and  collaborative approach to therapy, where you can feel comfortable being yourself and expressing your emotions.​

I'm here, alongside you, on your journey towards better mental health and well-being. ​​​

I understand that seeking help can be daunting, I've had my own counselling so I do get it, please know I am here to support you every step of the way - a safe pair of hands.
