My approach to therapy recognises and respects these differences. For some people this may include experiences of neurodivergence, such as autism or ADHD. For others it may simply mean recognising that each person has their own ways of thinking, processing and communicating.

 

Therapy is not about trying to change who you are. Instead, it offers a space to understand yourself more fully and explore what supports your wellbeing.

 

Sessions can be flexible and adapted depending on what feels most helpful for you.
