Not Sure Where to Start?
If you’re curious about therapy but not quite ready to book a full session, you can start with a short consultation.
This gives us a chance to talk about what’s been going on for you, what you’re hoping for from therapy, and whether working together feels like a good fit.
There’s no pressure to commit to anything straight away.
Many people come to therapy during times of change — navigating relationships, work pressures, identity shifts, or simply feeling unsure about the direction their life is taking.
