About
π Different Brains, Neurodivergent Love β ADHD, Autism & Long-Term Love This calm, compassionate psycho educational course explores the realities of relationships when ADHD, autism, sensory differences, executive functioning struggles, emotional overwhelm, or different nervous system needs are part of the dynamic. Designed for neurodivergent couples β or couples where one or both partners process the world differently β the course gently explains why communication, routines, mental load, shutdown, rejection sensitivity, emotional expression, conflict, and connection can sometimes feel so difficult even when love is deeply present. Using grounded, non-judgemental language without blame or pathologising, this course helps couples better understand each otherβs nervous systems, reduce shame and misunderstanding, and build more emotionally safe, flexible, and realistic ways of connecting together. πΏ Course Disclaimer This course is designed for education, reflection, and general psychological understanding only. It explores some of the emotional, relational, and nervous system patterns that can sometimes influence relationships and emotional experiences, but it is not intended to diagnose individuals, define any relationship, or suggest there is one single reason why relationship struggles happen. Human relationships are complex, and emotional difficulties can be influenced by many different personal, relational, psychological, social, and life factors. This course is not a replacement for personalised therapy, mental health support, crisis care, or professional relationship guidance.
