About
šæ Menopause : Who Am I Now? .... is a compassionate, psychologically informed course exploring the emotional, mental health, identity, and societal impact of menopause far beyond physical symptoms alone. Created from both lived experience and therapeutic understanding by a sixty-something therapist who's navigated the up's and down's of menopause herself, the course gently explores anxiety, overwhelm, burnout, neurodivergence, confidence, relationships, emotional regulation, ageing, identity shifts, cultural expectations of women, and the changing role of middle-aged women in modern society. Using grounded psycho-education, humour, honesty, history, nervous system awareness, and emotional compassion, this course helps women understand that menopause is not the end of relevance, visibility, growth, or selfhood ā and that many women are becoming more authentic, empowered, emotionally aware, and fully themselves than ever before, even when it doesn't feel like it at the time. š Important Note: This course is a psychoeducational self-development resource and is not therapy, crisis support, or a replacement for individual mental health treatment or menopause treatment.
