About
🌿 When Limerence Shows Up In Neurodivergent Relationships … is a psychologically grounded course exploring limerence, hyperfixation, fantasy attachment, dopamine-seeking, and “the grass is greener” thinking through a compassionate neurodivergent lens. Using accessible psychoeducation, nervous system understanding, attachment insight, and relationship psychology, the course helps people understand why limerence can feel so emotionally consuming within ADHD and autistic relationships — and why emotional intensity, novelty, fantasy, and obsession are not always the same as compatibility, intimacy, or sustainable love. Most importantly, this course approaches limerence without shame or moral judgement, helping people explore what the nervous system may actually be searching for underneath the fixation while encouraging emotional self-awareness, honesty, boundaries, regulation, and healthier long-term connection. 🌿 Course Disclaimer This course is designed for education, reflection, and general psychological understanding only. It explores some of the emotional, relational, and nervous system patterns that can sometimes influence relationships and emotional experiences, but it is not intended to diagnose individuals, define any relationship, or suggest there is one single reason why relationship struggles happen. Human relationships are complex, and emotional difficulties can be influenced by many different personal, relational, psychological, social, and life factors. This course is not a replacement for personalised therapy, mental health support, crisis care, or professional relationship guidance.
